Description

Beautiful and rare bowl from the Le Poet-Laval region of France in excellent condition. Coccinelle pattern. Bowl color is a deep mustard-yellow with clay-color brown rim and dots in color range from light mustard to dark green, dark brown, and black. Dimensions: 7″ diameter x 4 1/4″ height. This pattern is out of production and very hard to find.

FYI: The word “Coccinelle” is a derivative from the word “Coccinellidae” which is the scientific name for the ladybug family, thus the dot pattern on the bowl, in reference to similar ladybug markings.
